John Nessel
EZchef Creator and President of Restaurant Resource Group, Inc

John has been in the restaurant business for over 40 years. He designed and operated a wide variety of restaurant concepts during that period from quick service to fine dining. In 1999 he created the Restaurant Resource Group to provide financial tools and consulting services to restaurants and other food service operations. He is a graduate of Cornell University and received his Masters degree from the University of Florida. John lives in Cape Cod MA.

VP, Sales & Marketing

Aaron has held the positions of Sales Manager, Purchasing Manager and Director of Dining Services for Compass Group, a global market leader in contract food and beverage services. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from Northeastern University, and a Masters in Marketing & Sales from EAE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.

John Pearson - consulting services and restaurant software programmer

Jon Pearson
Chief Programmer

Jon has been with EZchef since its creation in 2006. He is an accomplished Microsoft Excel and Access programmer, and also performs consulting services through his company Jon Pearson & Associates. Jon is a graduate of Penn State University and lives in Venice, FL.

Stoney
Head of Security

As you can imagine, Stoney provides excellent security. He is our fourth German Shepherd dog, and by far the smartest. When not working chasing squirrels, snakes and lizards, he is proficient at laying around and waiting for meals and snacks.
